Hi Team,

We have a site collection where multiple document library exists. However for one document library search result works fine for owner, member, visitors. But for other document library, it shows no result when searching. We have checked all necessary settings but found no discrepancies.

  1. Doc library A - search result works fine for all members (owners, visitors)
  2. Doc library B/C/D - Search result produce nothing blank.

Item count for both type of document libraries are mixed more than 5K for some, less than 50 for some which is not the issue as we are searching with exact matching criteria.

    Hi @GoodResource,

Firstly, go to Library settings >> Advanced settings and make sure that "Allow items from this document library to appear in search results?" is set to Yes. If the issue still persists, go to Library settings >> Advanced settings and select "Reindex Document Library". Wait for the next crawl and see the results.
