Dear Concern,
I need your best setup that can be done for bank users related to documents presentation of several documents in Trade Finance Department.
Flow is as below:
1- Customers can present different forms of documents (Bill of Lading, Sales Invoice , Packing List, Insurance, Certificate of Origin)
2- The customers once presenting it to the bank, the bank needs to check into all these presented documents and this takes time and 70% of the time, the presented documents are wrong
3- The bank user will be in need to upload these presented documents manually in this new setup having the AI Builder to validate and check if the required documents are presented.
4- We are thinking of having for EACH customer a collection upon creating a model whereby we take from him sample of the below that are requested from him.
(Bill of Lading, Sales Invoice , Packing List, Insurance, Certificate of Origin)
5- For each Document in the collection, we specify which information we need to read starting from the name of the document to automatically check if it is provided by the customer. In addition selection to some fields in each document.
6- Once the customer presents his document, the system should automatically check if the provided documents are fully provided, then from the specified fields for matching, it should show as data in one view for all the reports whereby this will be pushed to our internal system to create a digital record for this customer.
I tried to parametrize it but not sure if this was correct and i'm sure there is better way.
Below is the shown message:
{"operationStatus":"Error","error":{"type":"Error","code":"InvalidPredictionInput","message":"The base 64 binary content is missing for input single","properties":{"BackendErrorCode":"InvalidInferenceInput","DependencyHttpStatusCode":"400"},"innerErrors":[{"scope":"Record","target":"single","code":"InvalidRecord","type":"Error","properties":{"MlIssueCode":"InvalidRecord","MlIssueTarget":"single"}}]}}
Appreciate your feedback asap as this should be highlited to the management.
Awaiting your feedback by today please
Regards,
Elias
