Azure free sendgrid not available

My friend told me to use my educational email to get azure for students i will be able to use sendgrid for free. but i am unable to see sendgrid free tier

Seems to be a general problem. The free tier isn't offered in our regular paid subscription anymore at the moment. I am not sure if this is a bug in Azure Portal or a change on purpose.

i opened a ticket on azure this is the answer:

I have received a feedback from the SendGrid team and i was made to understand that the option to activate sendgrid free account was removed by the team. Hence, you are required to engage them directly.

i will double check with the sendgrid support directly, because I haven't found any documentation about it

I just noticed the same issue when I tried to create a free SendGrid option as part of a proof-of-concept.
The option is indeed no longer there.

It is still mentioned as having a free option in the gallery:
