Request you to help if the Basic Alwayson is applicable for SQl 2019 standard edition. If so , is there any changes from SQL 2016 and 2017 versions

Only the Standard edition of SQL Server 2016 and later supports basic availability groups.
According to the documents: Editions and supported features of SQL Server 2019 (15.x) and What's new in SQL Server 2019 (15.x), there is no special description for the change to the basic availability groups.
A basic availability group always only supports two replicas, with one availability database.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
