I have by mistake delete the wrong account on my Authenticator app on my mobile device. Now I can not access my account! Anything I can do? the account is for our business 365 server, office and other.

Hello, if you don't have an additional 2nd factor method (EG: SMS) then you need to contact your organization helpdesk or MFA/CA admin.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my email. We are a small company where I am Admin. and to be able to log in to my server and manage user help disk etc., I use my admin login. But by mistake I get to delete this profile on my Authenticator app for my admin account to our server. So therefore, I just want to hear if there is an option to recreate this profile again on my Authenticator app - or what should I do then?
