Organisational font on 365

I'm trying to add fonts so they come up in word, powerpoint online. I've followed the steps listed here https://insider.microsoft365.com/ar-sa/blog/make-your-organizations-fonts-available-in-powerpoint-for-the-web but whilst it lists all the variations of the fonts in the font library (bold, light, etc) they all appear the same.

Is there a 365 customer service centre with an engineer I can talk to?
