I am trying to follow this tutorial to create a local persistence of my data for a detached module in iot edge.

I try to configure the execution environment as seen in the capture but when I try to Save the configuration of the iot hub and iot agent modules nothing happens (I cannot save and there are no errors)

Could someone help me know how to modify the runtime variables on the iot edge?

Thank you in advance

It seems you are following this topic about Host storage.

I'm not sure why the Azure portal is not allowing you to alter the settings on this page. It's the right dialog...

Please refresh your browser or try a different brand of browser.

You can check if the changes are picked up and being sent to the device on the last page of the 'Set Modules' wizard. There, the deployment manifest content is shown.

For more information about the use of host storage, check out my blog about IoT edge offline capabilities.
