word,excel, powerpoint etc programms shoving jibberish

sometimes when i download excel or document etc files i get wierd fonts as a result. No font can fix it, isit corruption of dowbloading or uploading the file?49543-capture.png

    If you download the same file from another device, do you have the same issue?

    If true, so, the initial file is corrupted.

    It is due to the windows setting, or the font is not available at your system.

    You need to set the "Language for non-Unicode programs" for your language, on the region setting
