Joystick stopped responding while using third party applicaion

While using some application on my PC, the joystick suddenly stopped responding and only detaching and attaching back fixed the problem. the joystick didn't respond both on application and Window's game controller. the phenomenon has also been seen with another PC with the same specifications and the same kind of joystick.

Considering that the joystick stopped responding also in Window's game controller - it seems that the problem isn't the application.

there is no indication for joystick disconnection or driver's problem on Windows event viewer. also, there is no indication for driver's fault on Windows device manager.

after checking, there is no problem in USB ports or cables (and this is happening in more then one PC +joystick).

there is no Windows updates on Windows updates history.

    Select "Power Options."

    Click on "Change plan settings" next to your selected power plan.

    Expand "USB settings" and then "USB selective suspend setting."

    Disable this setting for both "On battery" and "Plugged in."

    3.Disable Power Management for USB Hubs:

    I already tried the steps you mentioned buy I really want to know if the problem is in windows update or build.

    how can I check if my windows version not causing problems in USB ports or drivers?
