One of my users is facing this issue. He is being prompted for every service he tries to use. He would get the 2-digit code on the screen, and he would get the prompt on his phone. He enters the 2 digits code to authenticate, and then the process hangs at the "Just a moment" screen for about 10 minutes before it will finish. This also happens when he uses the sms to his phone method. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
