lost access to authenticator app and cannot sign in to account

Hello,

I lost phone with Authenticator app. Sadly dont have any cloud backup. Now I canot sign in to my work profile ******@maurea.cz (I can sign in only to personal account ******@maurea.cz). Is there any way how to reset 2FA and get access again?

    For Work/school accounts you need to contact the admins of those accounts. So in this case you need to contact the IT admin to help you with this

    If it is a microsoft account contact Product Support with the email address for the affected user. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket
