I had an Online exam scheduled today at 8:45 AM.
As a part of initial checks before exam, i completed all my initial checks, everything was fine and got redirected to main screen where Online exam will start.
For one hour there was no response from anyone . Post one and half hour ,i was being contacted with one proctor. To my surprise ,the proctor was telling he cannot see me in the web cam picture display.( I am being monitored right from the start and its getting recorded continuously with recording mark displayed on top).
Proctor advised me to reconnect again. After reconnection happened ,there was no sort of communication from proctor .Waited for 1 hour and it displayed "sorry !!! we couldn't launch the exam and it informed me to reschedule the exam again by submitting the form in a website"
When accessed the website ,it was stating you cannot reschedule the exam by email web form. There was no SPOC details listed incase of such queries/issues.
Now i couldn't have the exam because of lack of communication with those customer support team.
Please help me out in rescheduling the exam again.
