Cannot update Microsoft Partner Center Business Verification

I'm having trouble verifying my business on Microsoft Partner Center. Our Developer Application is stuck at the "Business Verification" step. When we click on "Things to take care of", it is empty.

In addition, when I opened the Action Center to see if I could submit additional documents, it showed an error message: "Some error occured while fetching the list items."

@Junjie Zhu - MSFT Thank you for the response. We have since been approved, so thank you. I'm not sure if it is our changes or the work from the engineers that make it work, but for future potential partners facing verification issues, I would suggest making your WHOIS domain profile public.

You can check by putting your business domain in https://lookup.icann.org/en and see if the name, business, number, and address are showing and match what you put in your Partner Center contact info. By default, your domain provider (ex. Squarespace) might hide that information for privacy reasons.
I guess that the verification team used the WHOIS API to get the user name and organization name as a part of the verification. If this were the case, I would suggest documenting this requirement in the Partner Center guide to avoid all the forum questions and complaints that have been coming in since last year.
