Windows update Ipconfig returns nothing after 2020-10 Version 1909 KB4023057- NOW NO INTERNET!

I've read all of these related threads and performed these commands:
ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

NETSH winsock reset catalog

NETSH int ipv4 reset reset.log

NETSH int ipv6 reset reset.log

and looked at the Registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet
and EnableActiveProbing is set to 1

and rebooted with no success.

both Ethernet card and Wireless card show working in device manager.

Yet ipconfig returns a command prompt with no information.

I also ran MINITOOLBOX, which is attached.49582-mtb.txt

The last information under Update History:
2020-10 Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057)
Failed to install on 12/11/2020 - 0x8024402c

Additionally I tried to manually install using dism what was listed in the Windows Update (Settings page) the next version 20H2 KB4588844 but received Error: 2 "The system cannot find the file specified, when it was in same directory I ran the command:e:\>dism /online /add-package /packagepath:e:\kb4588844.cab

I just downloaded and installed Version 1909 - windows10.0-kb4592449-x64
Windows update shows:
Security Update for Windows (KB4592449)
Failed to install on 12/21/2020 - 0x800f082f
Still NO INTERNET on either ethernet or WiFi controllers

When you look in Device Manager, are all network device devices running properly?

Yes there are no ! next to any of the devices.

To have a better understanding about your issue, would you answer the following questions?

What's your system build? Please run "winver" to check details.
How did you update system? Through Settings\Update & Security\Windows Update, or download package directly from Windows Update Catalog?

Is it available to install other update package? Or it is not available to install all update packages?

Is it available to connect Internet with existing device?
Is it a personal device or domain joined device? If it is a domain joined device, what about other computers?

Winver reports
Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.1198

The updates were set to automatic, until the last one took out my internet on both ethernet and WiFi adapters.

I then downloaded these to try and update to fix it:
windows10.0-kb4577670-x64_already installed.msu
windows10.0-kb4577671-x64_Not Applicable.msu
windows10.0-kb4578974-x64-Not Applicable.msu
windows10.0-kb4579919-x64_To Run.cab ( which I was unable to run due to error 2
windows10.0-kb4580386-x64_Not Applicable.msu
windows10.0-kb4580980-x64-Already Installed.msu
windows10.0-kb4592449-x64_error installing 1909.msu (but from the status, it appears to have installed...

I'm using an older laptop to download the packages otherwise I would be dead in the water!

My house is wired 1GB backbone ethernet and wireless AC.

I ran the Windows Update Troubleshooter and have attached the report.50122-update-troubleshooter-report.pdf

I just tried to update using KB4586781.msu and it returned Not Applicable.

Hi,

As your system version is 18363.1198, so your existing system has installed November 10, 2020 released update KB4586786. That means there is no need to install previous released update packages. Some package has been installed or replaced on your side, so there is no need to install again such as kb4577670, kb4577671, KB4023057.

Some packages are not fit for your system such as KB4586781.

I recommend to download and install KB4586863, then install KB4592449 which released in December 8, 2020 to keep your system as latest.

I tried installing KB4586863 and received message Already installed.
I tried installing KB4586786 and received message Already installed.
I tried installing KB4586819 and received Not Installed.
I tried installing KB4592449 and received Not Installed.
I tried installing KB4589211 and received Not Installed
I tried installing KB4577586 and received Not Installed.
I tried installing KB4594443 and received Not Installed.

In the Update History it is showing:
Security Update for Windows (KB4592449)
Failed to install on 12/21/2020 - 0x800f08082f

2010-10 Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64 based Systems (KB4023057) (4)
Last failed install attempt on 12/19/2-2- - 0x8024402c

I STILL DO NOT HAVE INTERNET ON EITHER Ethernet or WiFi Adapter!!!

What update will fix this?
I have spent 3 days attempting to fix this operating system screw up!!!

Today I ran this: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
and ran this: sfc /scannow

No errors reported

What update will fix this?
I have spent 3 days attempting to fix this operating system screw up!!!

I just tried reinstalling KB4592449
When I checked Update History it now shows:

Update for Windows (KB4589211)
Last failed install attempt on 12/22/2020 - 0x800f082f

Update for Windows (KB4577586)
Last failed install attempt on 12/22/2020 - 0x800f082f
