Problem with connection RDP in 2012R2 Std, after a few seconds the session is disconnected, TermService stop

Hello
As soon as it established a connection via RDP with WS2012R2, after a few seconds the session is disconnected, the connection is lost and an unsuccessful attempt to reconnect, ending with the message that it is impossible to connect to the remote computer.
TermService service is stopped in services, query via cmd:
sc query TermService
confirms the stop of the service
STATE: 1 STOPED
WIN32_EXIT_CODE: 1067 (0x42b)
....
restarting the service via sc query start TermService starts it,
STATE: 4 RUNNING
however, when you try to connect again, the situation repeats itself
the licensing server reports no problems
server and license configuration (per device)
Sesion time limit is not established
I am asking for suggestions, maybe someone has already encountered a similar condition

Hello @Tomasz Jeliński
1.Please check for any Windows Updates, if any, please update them.
2.Do you have antivirus/firewall running on the server, try disabling that.
3.Create a new user, would the issue happen?
4.Before the issue occurred, did you make any changes/configuration?
5.What’s the client machine operating system?
