Cloud shell opens with white screen

I click on the Cloud Shell icon at the top of the page, the bottom Cloud Shell pane goes black briefly and then turns white with no Cloud Shell, only a white screen, no error message displayed

I am using Safari, not in private mode

Cleared bucket

Issue same on another device

Logging On as Owner in Azure
