Getting Internal Server error while calling batch analysis API

Hi Team ,

I'm trying to utilize Azure Document Intelligence batch analysis API (preview), we have created source and destination of blobs with enable SAS token and kept some sample pdf files in source blob , but I'm getting error as show below

Check SAS Token Validity: Ensure the Shared Access Signature (SAS) token for the source and destination blobs is valid and has not expired. The SAS token must have the correct permissions (Read, List, Write) to access the blobs. For more details please refer: Create SAS tokens for storage containers.

Blob Storage Configuration: Confirm that the source and destination blob containers are correctly configured and accessible. Make sure the paths to the blobs are correct.

Azure Document Intelligence Limitations: Ensure that the PDF documents are in a supported format and don't contain any unsupported elements or corrupt data. Be aware of the limitations of the API, such as maximum document size, supported languages, and processing time. If your documents exceed these limitations, you might need to adjust them.

@Chandra Boorla We have given SAS token with Read , write ,List, Delete access to both Source and result blobs. still the same issue.

@Chandra Boorla and Team, we have utilized a SAS token with the appropriate accessibility settings for both the source and destination blobs, assigning Read, Write, List, and Delete permissions to both. Additionally, we uploaded a small-sized PDF to the source blob. However, we continue to encounter the same error as previously mentioned. Thank you for your response, and I would appreciate further assistance in resolving this issue. Thanks again.
