Please click File > Account, check the Office version number under the "Product Information".
Then please run Word in Safe Mode to have a check. The Safe Mode will help us troubleshoot the add-ins.
- Press and hold on Ctrl key, click or double-click Word icon, until it asks if you want to start it in safe mode, then please release Ctrl key and click "Yes".
If this issue still persists in Safe Mode, I suggest you perform an Online Repair for Office from Control Panel.
