SCSM 2022 and Hardware Incident "Filed to select Computer for End user on the Portal"

Question

Hi,

I have created an Incident Template for Hardware problem and create an RO and SO and published it.

But I did not find how I can add a filed for end user to select the Computer, he has the issue with them.

As you know you can select on the "Related Items", the computer

and can select here my computer

Here my portal

I did not find which filed I have to select.

Create a service request template -> Create a request offering -> Publish draft request offerings
