My organization needs to sign a Windows executable, and I filed an Identity Validation request over two weeks ago, and provided the additional documents required when emailed. However, the identity validation request has shown "in progress" this entire time when the SLA states that verification will take 1-7 days. This issue is stopping my organization from moving forward with our pen test and we need assistance on understanding what the delay is about.

@Givary-MSFT do you have any updates on our signing request? This is going well beyond the 1-7 day SLA and we need to complete the signing of our Windows executable ASAP. I also see that our company's Azure subscription was billed $10 for signing services in August when we made the request, but we are still waiting to actually receive that service. I'm going to escalate this issue unless I hear back today.

@Matt Voget Can you please share your identity validation Id? The service begins charging when you create a Trusted Signing account.
@Meha-MSFT the validation ID is a5029e42-5207-4c84-a7ff-5a899e04dd11 as @Zee Hussain mentioned. We already uploaded the necessary legal business documents required to complete the validation request back on Aug 20th. Please let us know when you can complete the identity validation request on your side, as we have already paid for the signing service and it has been nearly 4 weeks since we submitted the request
Here's the answer I received: Upon review, we identified that the documents do not match the information you entered for your account. [Entity details are mismatched] if it is not possible to provide additional documentation please update your account information to match any legal documents already provided or your official company registration details. All documents submitted must be issued within the previous 12 months of where the expiration date is a future date that is at least 2 months away.
However, are you folks saying you don't see another request to upload the documents? Does it say Action Required in Azure portal.

My company was founded in 2014 and has been a Visual Studio subscriber ever since. We've asked to provide domain purchase invoice and record.
Our old code signing certificate is about to expire and would like to know how to speed up the process. Thanks.

We need an official business document such as a business registration form, business charter or articles of incorporation that list the company name and address as it is stated on your account. If it is not possible to provide additional documentation, please update your information in the request here to match any legal documents already provided or your Official Company registration details.
I uploaded those documents on Tue, Aug 20 when prompted for them. I have not received any sort of request for additional documentation.
