Unable to activate Azure benefits from GitHub Student Developer Pack

I am a verified student and signed up for the GitHub Student Developer Pack using my college email. However, I am unable to access the Azure benefits included in the pack. When I try to sign in to Azure using my GitHub account, I receive an error indicating that my email is associated with a work or school account, which prevents GitHub sign-in. Additionally, signing in directly with my college email results in a username error.

GitHub Support has confirmed that there is no issue with my student verification and suggested that the problem may be on Azure’s end, possibly requiring an email reset. They recommended I contact Azure support for assistance. I am currently using a different account to reach out for help, as I cannot sign in with my original account.

Please assist in resolving this issue so I can redeem the Azure benefits from the GitHub Student Developer Pack.
