Hi @Yoselin Montanez
In Microsoft Teams, users can view analytics for teams and channels that they're part of. This information gives users insight into usage patterns and activity on their teams. Users can see data such as the number of active users, posts, replies, and more at three levels.
- Cross-team analytics gives users a broad overview of usage data for all teams that they're a member or owner of in a single list view.
- Per-team analytics gives users a more granular view, showing usage data for a specific team.
- Per-channel analytics gives users an even more granular view, showing usage data for a specific channel.
Users can filter any of these views to see data for a specified time period.
View per-team analytics
- In Teams, go to the team that you want, select More options (...), and then select Manage team.
- Click the Analytics tab.
- Select a date range to show usage data for the team.
View per-channel analytics
- In Teams, go to the channel that you want, select More options (...), and then select Manage channel.
- Select the Analytics tab.
- Select a date range to show usage data for the channel.
Additionally, the Microsoft Teams admin center provides a new analytics and reporting experience for Microsoft Teams. You can run different reports to gain insight into how users in your organization are using Teams. For example, you can see how many users are communicating through channels and chat messages.
These two reports should be what you need. For more information, please see Teams usage report and Teams user activity report.
