    Hi ANKUSH YADAV,

Thank you for reaching out on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To troubleshoot issues with your Azure free trial subscription, here are a few steps you can follow:

Azure Free Trial Eligibility: If you're a new customer, Azure offers a 12-month free trial. However, if you've already taken advantage of this offer, you may not be eligible to sign up for another free account.

Previously Registered Account: It appears you might have already registered for a free Azure account using this email address. Each email address allows only one free Azure account. If you've previously signed up, you won’t be able to create another free account with the same email.

Sign-Up Information: Azure requires specific and accurate information for verification. If there was any missing or incorrect information during the sign-up process, your account may not have been approved.

Country or Region Restrictions: Azure's free account offer is available only in select countries and regions. If your location is ineligible, you won’t be able to sign up for a free account.

For further assistance, you can refer to this link: Azure Free Account and check out the Azure Free Account FAQ for more details.

If you're still unable to resolve the issue, I recommend reaching out to Azure Support with detailed information about your subscription issue.

If this response resolves your issue, kindly mark it as “Accepted” or give it an upvote to help others find the solution easily.
