Issue completing "Manage Agile Software Delivery Plans Across Teams (Unit 4 of 8) Set up your environment"

I am facing a problem while completing the "Set up your environment" step of the "Manage Agile Software Delivery Plans Across Teams (Unit 4 of 8)" module.

Despite following the instructions given and clicking the link provided on the module to access the Azure DevOps Demo, I land on a 404 error page when I click "Navigate to project".

Is this training exercise outdated or am I missing something?
