DP-100 unable to attend online DP-100 Exam on 19/12/2020

My online exam was scheduled today all steps followed correctly , at starting of exam one survey also completed, after that exam window dis-appear , unable to find it , but wen visited to home page it shown inprocess exam , how can i re-attempt same exam as i have not conducted due to technical issue mentioned above.
