How would you delete an occurrence in a task reminder series, but not the whole series?

To delete a single occurrence of a recurring task (or event) reminder in Microsoft Teams, follow these steps:

Open Microsoft Teams:

Launch Microsoft Teams and navigate to the Calendar or Tasks section where your reminders are listed.

Locate the Recurrence:

Find the specific instance of the recurring task or event that you want to delete.

Right-Click or Select:

Right-click the occurrence (or click on it to open its details). A menu should appear with different options.

Choose "Delete":

Select the "Delete" option. Teams will typically prompt you to choose whether you want to delete just this occurrence or the entire series.

Delete This Occurrence:
