I am currently using an Azure OpenAI model GPT-4O and have observed an issue with the content filter. When I use the defaultv2 version of the content filter, the model's results are not as expected. However, when I switch to the default version of the content filter, the results improve significantly.

Given this, I would like to inquire about the possibility of disabling the content filter altogether, as I believe it may be affecting the output quality in my use case. Could you please provide guidance on how to disable the content filter?

Hello Mohit Garg, if you are a managed Azure customer (i.e., your company has a dedicated Microsoft account team) then you can request de-activation of the content filtering in your Azure subscription by filling-in the following online form: https://ncv.microsoft.com/uEfCgnITdR

If approved, you would be able to disable content filtering partially (e.g., for specific categories) or completely. For security and safety reasons, this deactivation option is not available for the personal Azure subscriptions.
