    Hi KarimKhalil-8601,

    The openspec-* tags are dedicated to supporting issues related to open specifications. You can find open specifications here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/openspecs/

    Since your question does not pertain to one of these specifications, I've removed the openspecs-office-fileformats tag and added the office-itpro tag. Hopefully this will get your post the proper attention.
    You might also post your question here:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/project?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us

    If I've misunderstood your question and you believe this is related to the Open Specifications documents, please clarify, providing the document name and section with which you have the question or issue.

    Best regards,

    @Karim Khalil

    This may be related to file bloat.

    You could refer to methods in “MS Project File Bloat – And How To Fix It” and "MS Project: Clearing file corruption and/or bloat", they may be helpful for you.
