How do I send from a specific Outlook email account in VBA?

Want to automate sending of quarterly newsletter as an attachment to a list of email addresses. Have tried setting the .SendUsingAccount property, but this seems to have no effect. Also tried setting the desired account as the default email send, but that doesn't seem to work either. How can you select which account to use in the Outlook object model? (I'm actually using Visual FoxPro, remember that?)
