A few months ago I linked my email to a new email and made this second one as if it were my main one. However, my Microsoft Authenticator account had several sites linked for permission. I changed my cell phone and logged into my Microsoft Authenticator account with the new email and none of the sites appeared anymore and now I can't access my social networks. Is there any way to recover?

If it is a microsoft account contact Product Support with the email address for the affected user. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

    See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/xandr/curate/troubleshooting-multi-factor-authentication-mfa?source=recommendations#dont-delete-mfa-app

For Work/school accounts you need to contact the admins of those accounts. So in this case you need to contact the school IT admin to help you with this.

E.g facebook, you need to contact facebook support

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards
