    CodeKidz Apologies for the delayed response.

    I further verified internally and not found any known issues regarding the same.

    And it is a transient failure, which is recovered now. But the failure lasted for a very long time, about 1 day, so I'm worring about the potential impact on my product.

    Glad to hear your issue is resolved now.

    I would suggest you, check Azure Service Health page. It notifies you about Azure service incidents and planned maintenance so you can take action to mitigate downtime.
