so recently, we used to be able to wiggle mouse or hit a key to wake pc up from sleep. now we have to touch the external power button to wake it. but when awake the mouse doesn't work and can't use the keyboard to move cursor. we have to then switch pc power off and back on to restart and mouse and key board works. no idea why this is happening. we have also changed batteries i the mouse. please help as this is so annoying.

Hello,
Try connecting your device to another PC to check if there are any hardware issues. If the problems persist, uninstall the driver and then reinstall it.
