Cannot install php swoole extension for laravel octane

I've tried to install swoole using

pecl install swoole

adding repositories to apt and try to install it from there (container wouldn't allow me to add repos)

apt install -y php8.3-swoole

neither of the solutions seems to work

Are you trying to install this swoole in Azure App service or any other Azure service ?

What is the error message you are getting while running the above cmdlets and also where are you running this cmdlet.

If you are using app service and you want to install additional extension and keep the extension persistent then you need to modify your start script. You can refer to this blog post to modify your custom start script in linux app service

Post following the above steps if you are still facing the issue. please help do help us with the extension complete name that you are trying to install and also extension package link to help and assist you better.
