Microsoft AZ-400 Certificate not reflecting in the portal

Hi ,
I am Arnab Basu, I took Microsoft AZ-400 exam today (19-12-2020) and passed (with 878 out of 1000) but the certificate is not reflecting in the certification portal but in the dashboard it is showing congratulation on passing AZ-400 exam. So can anyone help how to get the certificate PDF from the dashboard.

Microsoft Certification / Training is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
your Microsoft Certification dashboard
