My exam pass certification was not emailed to me or showing in my learn profile :(

Hi!

I passed AI-900 but I do not see any updates in my email or learn profile. I originally used my work email to create the ticket and book this exam. however, I used my personal email for all correspondences. I think that my certification has been added to my work email profile, however, I do not have access to that email anymore since I don't work at that company. I want that credential to be transferred to this email I am using instead since this is my personal email
