One of our customers requires Microsoft 365 Business application activation through a proxy.

Currently, they have a proxy configured on each desktop for general internet usage, including URL whitelisting and blacklisting. However, the existing proxy server is handling a significant load. To resolve this, they want to implement a secondary proxy exclusively to Microsoft 365 Business app activation, periodic license checks, and reactivation, which typically occurs every 30 days as part of Microsoft 365's business Apps native licensing process. I would like to confirm if it’s possible to configure this dedicated secondary proxy specifically for M365 app activation directly through the application on Windows desktops
