I am writing to request assistance with accessing my Microsoft Work account. After resetting my phone, I lost access to the Microsoft Authenticator app and the authentication codes required for logging into my account. Currently, the system only offers two authentication options, including an authentication code and the Microsoft Authenticator app, which I am unable to use due to the phone reset.
I used a personal account to sign up for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program, and that Microsoft 365 Developer Program account is associated with an Enterprise environment. Therefore, it cannot be recovered or accessed in the usual way because I am the Admin, and now I have lost access to the account.
I have noticed that my account is linked to a recovery email, but this option is not available for me to use in the verification process. I would appreciate your assistance in verifying my identity and restoring access to my account.
