Inquiry of refund status.

Hello. I want to enquire the refund status of my cancelled examination. I register the PL-300 - Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst with the registration ID of ‎486290528‎. I had already paid for this exam registration. However, I cancelled my examination and also received the confirmation email of cancellation saying that I will get a full refund. I paid by my Visa credit card so I would like to ask that will the amount of money be refunded to my Visa credit card? And how long it takes for me to get a refund from Microsoft?
