Hi @Nadrah Ummaira Binte Amirullah
You can remove your account or device from the Microsoft Authenticator app and add it again.
Typically, you remove a device to permanently delete a lost, stolen, or old device from your account, and you remove an account to try to fix some connection issues or to resolve account changes, such as a new username.
Go to the Security info page, find the device you want to delete and select Delete. Or from the Microsoft Authenticator app, select the account you want to delete, then select Settings icon and Remove account.
In addition, you can also choose to turn off two-step verification:
Sign in to your Microsoft account Advanced security options.
Under Additional security and Two-step verification choose Turn on or Turn off.
