Microsoft Office 365 Connector is not receiving logs from Exchange, Teams and Sharepoint

When trying to receive logs from the O365 connector in Sentinel customer is facing issues.

We don't have any error messages or anything of that sort, just that the table OfficeActivity is not being populated.

As per the customer, they have another subscription where the logs are being ingested without any additional setup

Please let us know if there are any known issues regarding the connector
