I cant create my sandbox as it just says to retry

"Hi everyone, I'm trying to activate a sandbox for a Microsoft Learn exercise, but I keep getting an unexpected error saying 'An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.' I've retried and followed the troubleshooting steps, but nothing works. Has anyone else experienced this, or found a solution? Thanks!"

    Step 1: Please sign out of all active sessions in your current browser, clear the cache, and attempt to log in again using your Learn ID credentials.

    Step 2: Sign out of your current session and try logging in using an incognito or private browsing window.

    Step 3: Try using an alternative browser to log in again.

    Step 4: If the issue persists, attempt to log in using a new personal Outlook account within the learning path, with a completely different browser.
