Sign in window keeps popping up in OUTLOOK 365

Hello.

I recently changed my laptop, and when I tried to sign in with my work email in Outlook (I think it uses Microsoft Exchange), it kept asking for my password. When I try to press next in the window where my work email is showing, it generates the following message: "This user name may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin."

I never had this problem with my previous laptop.

Hello Mike.

Unfortunately no, I event contacted the live Microsoft support team and they said that there was a problem with the domain, which I shared with our IT department and still waiting for a solution.

What version of outlook is in your new laptop? If you have an older version of Outlook, change the Logon network security setting to Anonymous Authentication to fix this issue. And you can check your registry setting for Anonymous Authentication.For newer versions of Outlook, you can run diagnostics to determine the issue that might cause the error.For details of the above steps you can refer to：Outlook continually prompts for your password when you try to connect to Microsoft 365

Hello Mike.

Thank you for your prompt response, for some reason when I go to the security tap as the steps described, I don’t have the logon network security list to change to anonymous authentication.

Is there any other solution to this problem
