Sign in window keeps popping up in OUTLOOK 365

Hello.

I recently changed my laptop, and when I tried to sign in with my work email in Outlook (I think it uses Microsoft Exchange), it kept asking for my password. When I try to press next in the window where my work email is showing, it generates the following message: "This user name may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin."

I never had this problem with my previous laptop.

    What version of outlook is in your new laptop? If you have an older version of Outlook, change the Logon network security setting to Anonymous Authentication to fix this issue.
