How do I create an AI Assistant

Question

I have tried to create multiple new projects and hubs in different regions and none of them allow for to use or create assistants all it does is create a thread which it does not allow me to post to.

I have created a hub with a project and it still does not allow me to use the assistant and it gives no information on why I can't use it.

You need to click +new button to create a new Assistant. I hope this helps. Thanks!
