Windows 11 cannot install Chinese language pack.

The Chinese language pack for Windows 11 cannot be downloaded. I need a solution to address this issue. Or the local path location of the Chinese language pack.

Can you provide a screenshot of the error?

Can you install other language packages?

Please try to follow the steps below:

1. Open PowerShell with administrator privilege.
2. Type Install-Language and hit enter.
3. Type zh-CN and hit enter.

Wait for it to install.

Once installed, if you want the Chinese language to be the preferred language, please follow the steps below:

1. Type Set-SystemPreferredUILanguage and hit enter.
2. Type zh-CN and hit enter.
