How do I manage the recent list in Onedrive

How do I clear, or manage, the items that appear in the 'Recents' on the home page of OneDrive? The full file names of items in my VAULT are visible in this list. The point of the VAULT is to have all of that information protected. That includes the file name.

    Hi,

    OneDrive doesn't directly provide the option to make a clear list of recent. However, you can try to clear the cache and cookies.

    Or you can choose not to show the "Recent Files" list, under "File" option it can list all your files.
