Do you have any specific operation before the issue occurred?
Does the issue occur on the Outlook desktop client? To further confirm if the issue is more related to Outlook desktop client, if possible, please suggest the users log in to their web mail and do the same test to check if the issue persists.
In addition, it is recommended that contact the users with problems to remove and re-add the shared mailbox. And then remind the users when they search for messages for a shared mailbox, please select the folder of the shared mailbox.
