excel copy paste macro specific cells based on 2 criteria

I need a macro to copy info from entry tab, transpose data and paste to correct employee tab based on 2 criteria, "Employee Number" and "Date". I only want to copy and paste the cells with the data because I do have other columns on the "Entry" sheet that I deleted just for this question.6742-entry-tab.png
