How to suppress the pop-up window?

I have upgraded my Windows 10 to Windows 11. When open my Chrome browser, it always pops up the following window. Does anybody know how to suppress this behavior?

Steps to Enable Developer Mode in Chrome:

Open Chrome.

Turn the Developer mode switch ON.

Once you enable Developer Mode, restart your browser or disable/enable the extension again. This should prevent the popup from appearing.
