Error logging in word application

I can't log in my account in word app.

Hi @pat

If you sign the work or school account in Office apps and get such error, I suggest you close all Office apps, got to Windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, then removed any account that was in there by hitting Disconnect.

Then open Credential Manager > go to Windows Credentials > Generic Credentials > remove credentials which is related Microsoft 365 and OneDrive.

Sign your account into Office apps for a check.
