Runtime Environments grayed out under Automation Accounts

Hi,
Have noticed that the "Runtime Environments (Preview)" under Automation Accounts have become grayed out and runbooks which were placed in different runtime environments have been assigned the default "5.1". Anyone with more info on this?
Is it that the "Preview" is moving into GA?
